We’ve found that most knitting needles are too long and unwieldy for small hands; these 8-inch knitting needles are perfectly sized for students (age 6+) who are learning knitting basics. Size 10 works best with medium to bulky yarn and size 13 works best with bulky or super-bulky yarns.
