Can you ship outside the USA?

Unfortunately, no. We only ship our items to US addresses and APO/FPO and DPO addresses.

How much does shipping cost?

If your entire order is under 1 lb we will ship USPS First Class for a flat rate of $6.95.

If your entire order is 1-3 lbs we will ship USPS Priority for $9.95.

If your entire order is 4-7 lbs we will ship USPS Priority for $14.95.

If your entire order is above 7 lbs we will ship USPS Priority for $20. Some larger items will ship USPS Ground.

How quickly will my item ship?

Typically within 1-3 days of when your order was placed. All items will ship USPS. Depending on the weight of the order we will ship either First Class (2-5 days) or Priority (1-3 days). In an effort to save paper a receipt will not be included in the box, if you need one please contact us before your item ships.

Returns

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase from Myers Natural! If you are not satisfied for any reason please let know us right away.

We will accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. In order to be eligible for a full refund (minus the original shipping cost and/or a 25% restocking fee), returns must be made by the original purchaser, in new and unused condition with all of the original tags/packaging. Refunds for any returned item that is no longer in new condition, in its original packaging, or is damaged, will be made solely at our discretion.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged please contact us within five business days of delivery. Please include your order number and a picture of the damaged item/packaging. We will work together to handle a return or replacement. Damaged items reported after five business days may not be eligible for return or replacement.
